L\u2019informe \u00abLes 5 principals tend\u00e8ncies actuals de RH i la guia de les novetats en RH \u00bb recull les conclusions de l\u2019equip de recerca de SAP SuccessFactors i proposa un marc pr\u00e0ctic perqu\u00e8 els equips de RH converteixin aquests reptes en oportunitats estrat\u00e8giques el 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinc tend\u00e8ncies que redefineixen RH el 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP SuccessFactors analitza cada any les grans tend\u00e8ncies que impacten en la gesti\u00f3 del talent. La clau \u00e9s disposar d\u2019informaci\u00f3 fiable sobre la composici\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a laboral i garantir la igualtat d\u2019acc\u00e9s a oportunitats de desenvolupament i carrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tend\u00e8ncia 5:&nbsp;<\/strong>Connexi\u00f3 o desconnexi\u00f3 en el treball h\u00edbrid<br>El treball h\u00edbrid es consolida, per\u00f2 el seu \u00e8xit dep\u00e8n de com es gestionin els models, les eines i els processos de RH associats. Un enfocament inadequat pot augmentar la sensaci\u00f3 de desconnexi\u00f3 o desigualtat entre les persones que teletreballen i les que no, mentre que un bon disseny h\u00edbrid millora la flexibilitat, el comprom\u00eds i l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dades i reptes que marquen el 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019informe posa xifres a alguns d\u2019aquests desafiaments: un 57% dels empleats creu que el seu esgotament no millorar\u00e0 si l\u2019empresa no fa canvis profunds, mentre que un 46% considera que el temps que estalvia amb eines d\u2019IA li pertany a ell, no a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les compet\u00e8ncies, el 54% de les persones estaria m\u00e9s motivada per adquirir noves habilitats si sab\u00e9s que la seva empresa aplicar\u00e0 una remuneraci\u00f3 basada en compet\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En DEIB, l\u2019estudi reflecteix percepcions dividides: un 26% pensa que les empreses se centren massa en aquests temes, un 41% que ho fan en la mesura justa i un 33% que s\u2019hi centren massa poc.
